Washing care :
- Generally , you should wash your straps every 1- 2 weeks, but this can be less or more frequent depending on your type of workout or how often you wear them.
- Soaking them in mild soap and water. SUbmerge the straps in the soapy water for few hours or overnight.
- Rinse thoroughly to remove soap resedue
- Air dry
- OPTIONAL: Gentle washing machine : You can wash them on a gentle cycle, but always air dry them after.
