We stand behind our products and want you to have a great experience. If your order doesn’t meet expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

All clearance items are final sale.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@ekkovsn.com within 24 hours of delivery and include:

We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Orders — Final Sale
Due to shipping costs, customs fees, and logistical limitations, all international orders (outside the United States) are final sale.
We do not accept international returns, exchanges, or cancellations once shipped.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or carrier fees. These charges are non-refundable.
If an international order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@ekkovsn.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos for review.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If you do not see the refund after this period, contact your financial institution first, then reach out to us.
Restocking Fee
Orders exceeding $500 may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned after fulfillment processing has begun. Due to inventory allocation, payment processing fees, and operational costs associated with high-value orders, the restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
