Orders & Shipping

Do You Ship to My Country?

We offer international shipping to most countries, though some regions are currently restricted.

To check if shipping is available to your location, simply proceed through checkout. If your country is not eligible, the system will prevent the order from being completed.

We are continuously working to expand our international availability and appreciate your understanding.

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are processed daily on business days (Monday–Friday). Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after being placed.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

During major launches, sales events, or holiday periods, processing and shipping times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.

International Shipping & Duties

Shipping costs and applicable duties/taxes for international orders are calculated and paid at checkout. The amount shown reflects what is charged by shipping carriers and destination countries, we do not control or profit from these fees.

Product availability may vary by country due to local regulations and shipping limitations.

What is Shipping Protection?

At checkout, you’ll see the option to add package protection with SavedBy. This covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you decline it, you’ll need to handle any claims directly with USPS or UPS.

Returns & Exchanges

What Is Your Return/Refund Policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note that opened or used supplements are not eligible for return.

To request a return, please email support@ekkovsn.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with further instructions.


Once your returned package has been marked as delivered, please allow 1–3 business days for us to process your refund. If you do not see your refund after this time, feel free to contact us for an update
