Processing Your Order
Our Fulfillment Team carefully prepares every order. Orders typically ship from our location within 1-2 business days (Monday through Sunday, excluding holidays). However, orders placed during large sales, promotions, product launches, or holidays may require additional processing time.
We will be closed in observance of the following U.S. holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day

Shipping Your Order
We offer multiple shipping carrier options, including USPS and UPS. Shipping availability, rates, and speeds vary based on location.
Domestic Shipping

Please note: The estimated delivery times listed above are for transit only. Your chosen shipping timeline starts from the day we ship your order, not the day you place it. Orders placed on Friday evenings or weekends may not ship until the following Monday. This applies to all shipping methods, including Overnight, Priority, and 2-Day Shipping.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Processing time can take up to 5 business days before an order ships. To estimate your delivery date, add 1-5 business days (processing time) to the estimated transit time listed above.
EKKOVISION DOES NOT GUARANTEE ARRIVAL TIMES
We do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Shipping speeds may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as:
- Severe weather conditions
- Supply chain disruptions
- Other unexpected delays
- Holidays
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to these circumstances and cannot offer reimbursements for late deliveries.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your shipment using the tracking link sent to your email when your order ships.
- Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear.
- Once your order is delivered, we’ll send a confirmation email or SMS notification.
- We cannot override courier policies or appeal delays on your behalf.
Returned Orders
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Courier service disruptions
- Other unforeseen issues

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
We offer Package Protection Insurance via SavedBy.
This optional service allows you to request a refund or replacement if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Coverage availability varies by location. View the policy summary here. Terms and conditions apply.
How to Opt In for SavedBy Package Protection:
- At checkout, locate the SavedBy checkbox (after shipping options).
- Tick the checkbox to add coverage (a small fee applies).
- Complete your order and check your email for coverage confirmation.
SavedBy may be pre-selected for certain orders. If you wish to opt out, simply uncheck the box before completing checkout.

Military Shipping
We proudly ship to APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are accurate and properly formatted.
- Our shipping software cannot validate or correct address errors.
